Highbury looks for new FD
Paul Felton-Smith to serve as interim FD as publishers Highbury restructure
Publishing group Highbury Communications is set to restructure its board,
with Paul Felton-Smith to take on the role of interim finance director.
Felton-Smith, who replaces group FD Owen Davies, has served in similar roles
at Asprey & Garrard and Regent Inns.
Highbury has broken a banking covenant that puts the recent investment into
the company by chairman Kelvin MacKenzie at risk.
In announcing its interims MacKenzie, the former Sun editor, has
also appointed himself as the company’s chief executive.
