IDC crowns SAP market leaders
Technology analysts IDC reports SAP is the fastest growing vendor in financial performance software
IT analysts IDC have named business and finance software company SAP as
leaders in financial performance and strategy management providers.
The IDC report shows that SAP achieved the fasted growth rate, 23.7%, in
financial performance and strategy management market.
The enterprise performance management sector – which includes customer
relationship management, supply chain, and strategy management software –
equates to $24.1bn (£14.70bn) with SAP’s market share as $8.37bn.
The latest report follows a previous statement by IDC that SAP
BusinessObjects was the number one vendor for business intelligence tools with
20.4% of the market share.
