Orford joins new CIPFA council

NHS financial controller joins new council which will take office in June

Kevin Orford, the NHS financial controller at the Department of Health, has
been appointed to the CIPFA council.

Orford is the only new member of the council, which takes office at CIPFA’s
AGM in Harrogate in June.

Caroline Gardner, deputy auditor general Audit Scotland, becomes CIPFA
president; John Butler succeeds her as vice president; and Chris Hurford
continues as honorary treasurer. Diane Colley becomes Immediate Past President.
