Neil Spence, the former finance director at the New Millennium Experience Company, operator of the Dome, could find out this weekend whether he will receive a bonus for his time at the visitor attraction. The board of NMEC has passed recommendations to the Millennium Commission on directors’ bonuses saying Spence should not receive the #70,000 that was originally agreed.
