Neil Canetty-Clarke will head the finance team of the broadcasting enterprises division of the media giant.
He is being replaced by chartered accountant John Miller, who has been iTouch’s financial controller since August 2001. Miller will take up his new post immediately, but will not be immediately appointed to the iTouch Board.
According to the company, he will ‘be considered for appointment to the main board in due course’.
Cannety-Clarke has been with the company since it began its stock exchange listing process in 2000.
