PeopleSoft expands lawsuit against Oracle

Software giant PeopleSoft has expanded its lawsuit against Oracle citing fresh facts, which it alleges, draws new light on Oracle's interference in its customer relationships.

Now that PeopleSoft has completed its acquisition of JD Edwards, the company is consolidating the two separate claims into one.

It also alleges that new information is available concerning a ‘deliberate campaign to mislead PeopleSoft customers about Oracle’s plans to support PeopleSoft products’.

The amendments have been filed in the California Superior Court in Alameda.
