PW settles out of court with Bank Austria

The #150m negligence dispute between Bank Austria and Price Waterhouse has been settled out of court for an undisclosed sum, PW said. The bank accused PW, which refused to comment further, of giving negligent advice during its #33m purchase of Sovereign Leasing in 1990.
