New senior appointment made at Grant Thornton
Firm appoints UK head of transaction services
David Grundy has been appointed as the new UK head of
transaction
services at Grant Thornton.
Grundy has been a partner at the firm since 2000 and has led the northern
transaction services team within the firm’s corporate finance group for the past
seven years.
In this role he advised both public and private acquirers and funders of
businesses, typically on transactions up to £100m in value.
In his new role Grundy will be responsible for growing Grant Thornton UK’s
transaction services offering and continuing the strong fee growth trend of
recent years.
He has replaced Martin Goddard, who has been appointed to lead
Grant Thornton International’s worldwide
service line for transaction services.
