Morgan Stanley names its new CFO

Respected finance chief David Sidwell to retire at end of the year

US investment bank Morgan Stanley has announced that chief financial officer
David Sidwell is retiring at the end of the year.

He will be replaced by Colm Kelleher, the bank’s current head of global
capital markets

Kelleher, 49, joined Morgan Stanley in 1989 having previously spent four
years at Arthur Andersen.
