Satellite journey planning company gains new board member
Trafficmaster,
the supplier of intelligent driving services, has announced Tim Coleman as its
new finance director.
Coleman, 43, qualified as a chartered accountant with PwC in 1990, and has
held a number of senior financial roles with companies including BT and MFS
Communications.
Since 2003 he has been at Northgate Information Solutions plc, the
international software, outsourcing and information technology services company
which was taken over by Kohlberg Kravis Roberts in March this year.
Coleman had several roles within Northgate, and was most recently UK finance
director.
‘We are very pleased he has joined us. His experience at the top of a
customer centred, technology based organisation fits well with our business,’
said Tony Eales, chief executive.
The group offers fleet tracking and dynamic navigation capabilities to
businesses, traffic and journey time data to motorists and stolen vehicle
tracking and comprises Trafficmaster Plc in the UK and US-based Teletrac Inc.
