Taking Stock - Accountants driven to bad number plates.

Oh dear. What have we done? It started with our recent fable which detailed the potential for accountants to buy customised industry-related number plates with the introduction of a new style plate next year. New York CPA Beatrix McKean recently put a personalised plate featuring those hard-won letters on her car to promote the industry on the other side of the pond. Since then we have discovered a raft of industry-mad motorists. These include AAT council member Goldwyn Salati spotted in Zambia proudly standing next to his customised car. We wondered whether AAT actually stood for ‘Another Automobile Travesty’.
