Bryan Hucker parts company with software systems supplier after announcing intention to step down last year
Bryan Hucker has vacated the FD berth at software systems supplier and
solutions provider
SciSys.
Hucker’s plan to resign was communicated to shareholders in the chairman’s
statement of the company’s annual report and accounts earlier this year and was
confirmed at the company’s AGM last month.
Scisys de-merged from accounting software provider
Coda last year after the two
corporates decided that a split would improve both companies’ performance.
In a statement to the stock exchange, Scisys said: ‘In accordance with rule
17 of the AIM Rules, announces that as of 1 June 2007 Bryan Hucker has resigned
as a director of SciSys plc.’
Christopher Cheetham will now take over as FD.
