Neville Kahn and Nick Edwards, Deloitte & Touche partners and joint administrative receivers, confirmed the sale and said 236 jobs had been saved in the process.
Walker Greenbank is based in Milton Keynes and is a supplier of wallcoverings and other home furnishing products
Commenting on the sale Neville Kahn said: ‘The sale is fantastic news for the local workforce and the business as a whole. Both myself and my team are delighted that a successful outcome has been achieved in just three weeks since our appointment.
‘The sale of the business ensures the survival of a great internationally renowned home furnishings business. The business will continue to supply its UK and worldwide customers with its distinctive home furnishings.’
