Spinvox hit back at financial mismanagement smear
Spinvox could be victim of a smear by former employees, according to reports

Spinvox
has hit back at claims that it has suffered financial mismanagement, believing
it is the victim of a smear campaign.
A document was circulated to shareholders claiming the company was mismanaged
financially, including details of alleged misappropriated funds.
Spinvox has appointed Deloitte and lawyers Jones Day to investigate the
accusations, according to reports, and has also brought in PR firm Brunswick to
handle its image.
It has not suspended any staff as the process began.
‘The major shareholders and the board of directors are aware of the serious
allegations that have been made against the company and they take very seriously
any implications regarding the company’s management and operations,’ said the
board in a statement.
