Rugby Football Union chooses OutlookSoft to monitor organisational performance
The England Rugby Football Union (RFU) this week signed a deal with software
group OutlookSoft to manage the body’s reporting and delivery of operational
intelligence.
The RFU will use OutlookSoft 5 to monitor the organisation’s performance from
grass roots to the senior England team.
The software will be used to automate the production and delivery of reports
from various financial and operational RFU systems such as ‘RugbyFirst’ which
monitors the measurement and performance of players, referees and coaches,
overall participation in the game and the development of the sport across the
UK.
‘OutlookSoft will present us with an efficient summary of the organisations
performance and allow us to identify any areas of concern straight away,’ said
Nick Bunting, head of planning, funding and resources at the RFU.
