TS never ceases to be amazed at the sharp eyes of readers – none more so than accountant Craig Stewart, who decided to flick through his local telephone book in search of firms in the area (was he worried about the competition?). Not content with just searching for numbers, Stewart sent in the page to highlight the rather unfortunate coupling of references at the top of the first page of firms. ‘ABRASIVE – ACCOUNTANTS’ screamed the header. Is it any wonder that accountants feel rubbed up the wrong way!
