McBrides will help Vantis extend its geographical reach as well as provide support to its London offices.
The seven partners at McBrides generated profits of £1.06m on turnover of approximately £3.4m, which include the revenue from audit work.
Non-audit turnover is approxiametly £3m.
Commenting on the acquisition, Paul Jackson, Vantis chief Executive, said ‘We are delighted to welcome the partners and team of McBrides into the Vantis group.’
