    Artilium appoints acting group FD

    Software development company announces change to board

    Artilium has announced that group finance director Wim De Pauw has left the
    Board of the company with immediate effect.

    Wim Seynaeve, partner at VMB Financial Solutions, will assume the role of
    acting group FD but will not adopt a formal directorship.

    Artilium develops Mobile 2.0 software for telecoms networks, and has in
    excess of 40 installations serving users in 11 countries.
