Today the firm appointed Andrew Duncan as senior manager of Menzies Corporate Restructuring. Duncan, an Australian national, has worked in the UK, Hong Kong, Thailand and Russia as well as in his native country.

He has been involved in some of the largest corporate recovery cases in Australia.

Duncan commented: ‘Although I originally trained in accountancy, my career has been channelled towards business reviews and restructuring issues, areas that are increasingly prevalent amongst the SME business community.’

‘Andrew will be a valuable addition to our management team. He brings a wealth of experience and will play a special role with the more investigative cases that we are becoming more involved in,’ Andrew Stoneman, a partner at MCR, said.
