Budget 09: Economy to shrink 3.5% in 09

Economy to recover in 2010, says Chancellor

Chancellor Alistair Darling say the UK economy will likely shrink by 3.5% in
2009, and recover in 2010, growing by 1.25%. The GDP forecast for 2009 is in
line with expectations.
