Colt, a European telecom company, has appointed Stuart Jackson as Chief
Financial Officer and executive director, with effect from September.
Jackson joins Colt from Acergy, an offshore engineering and construction
contractor, where he was CFO for more than six years.
He will take over from acting CFO, Tony Bates, who is also Chief Operating
Officer. Bates will retain his COO role.
Jackson has more than 25 years experience in international financial
management, corporate finance, trading, and has managed businesses in the UK,
the Far East and North Africa.
