Katona in court in battle against taxman

Kerry Katona will attempt to stave off bankruptcy in the courts today.

Katona, the former pop star and ‘I’m a celebrity’ participant, has to pay the
remaining £157,000 of a £417,000 taxman’s bill.

She is listed to appear in the bankruptcy court in front of Mr Registrar
Nicholls today.

HMRC had earlier disputed the adjournment to pay off the rest of the bill to
seek a bankruptcy order, reported the Daily Express.
