JD Edwards on the up
JD Edwards’ annual results showed a 36% increase in turnover for the year ended 31 October 1996 compared to 1996. The software developer, which floated on NASDAQ last September, earned profits of $37.2m (#22.9m)on revenues of $647.8m (#399.8m).
Telecom bill analysis
Ryder Systems has designed a billing management system that allows BT customers to analyse bill data. Called BOB (Browser for OneBill), the program lets users who receive their billing data on disk to customise their reports and allocate costs to different users. The annual licence fee is #495.
