    HCW expands Manchester presence

    HCW expands Manchester presence

    Mid-tier firm Horwath Clark Whitehill has acquired Manchester practice Charles Frieze & Co in a move which will double its presence in the city.

    The firm reckons the client base of Charles Frieze complements that of Horwath Clark Whitehill and give it a platform to expand and develop its range of accountancy services in the whole of the North West.

    HCW chief executive David Furst said he was delighted with the deal.

    ‘Manchester is a vitally important business hub for us and we had been looking to grow our presence there for some time,’ he said.

    He said the acquisition would allow the firm to offer better service to clients and develop the business across the region.
