The bidder is a management team led by the resort’s operations manager, Graham McCabe, but details of the deal remain confidential, joint receivers Blair Nimmo and Neil Armour of KPMG corporate recovery said today.
Nimmo said: ‘We are delighted to be able to make this announcement today, and are confident that the sale will complete by the end of July, which will save many important permanent and seasonal employment opportunities as well as a vital source of economic prosperity in the area.’
