Whiteley leaves by mutual consent
John Whiteley, the finance director of Great Portland Estates for 10 years, has stepped down.
Whiteley has left ‘to pursue other opportunities’, the FTSE250 company said in a stock exchange announcement this morning.
It was not clear whether or not he would receive a payoff – his contract provides for a year’s salary in the event of the termination of his contract. Last year, his base salary was £246,000.
