The CIPFA special general meeting called to give members the opportunity to
vote on the merger with the ICAEW has concluded – after a 15 minute debate and
the raising of three questions.
About 40-50 CIPFA members attended the meeting at the Library of the
Guildhall in the City, and officials are now counting the votes, with a ‘yes’
