Touch screen maker appoints new FD

Zytronic, the maker of touch screens and optical filters, has appointed Denis Mullan as its new finance director.

Mullan, 49, was formerly a partner with Ernst & Young, specialising in corporate finance and replaces David Banks who will continue providing support as a non-executive director.

John Kennair, chairman if Zytronic commented: ‘Denis has been a long standing supporter of Zytronic for many years as an advisor and we are delighted at his decision to commit himself as a full time employee.’
