HMRC revise expected on service co question
HMRC is expected to publish revised notes with the service company tax question shortly
HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) is expected to publish revised notes on the
service company tax question shortly.
The change comes after a meeting between representatives of the
Chartered
Institute of Taxation (CIOT), the ICAEW Tax Faculty and HMRC earlier this
month to discuss the service company question on the tax return.
In addition, the CIOT and the Tax Faculty also plan to issue guidance for
members on the completion of the question in the near future.
CIOT said final versions of both notes will be published as soon as possible.
