Grant Thornton revamps website

Mid-tier firm Grant Thornton has unveiled its revamped website designed to provide additional free financial information.

Features of the upgraded site include start-up advice, tax information, free publications and help with financial planning. The website also offers access to the latest news and press releases.

The site can be found at www.grant-thornton.co.uk

Atmyside.com – a customer relationship management specialist – rated 1,000 company websites, giving 90% of them a score of less than 50%. Failings included limited or no customer service facilities, poor design and poor navigation.

PeopleSoft, the e-business solutions provider, is embarking on an implementation programme to install its own software, PeopleSoft 8, across all of its operations. The move follows the recent appointment of Idso Brouwer as vice president of IT for its international operations. The product allows organisations to create networks of customers, employees and suppliers which can be accessed worldwide.
