Playgirl to asset strip Enron men

Playgirl magazine has issued an invitation for male staff from stripped-down US energy giant Enron to pose for a special edition of the magazine - just a week after Playboy revealed it may publish Enron and Andersen special editions.

The women’s magazine, famous for its centrefolds of nude men, said it was planning a photo spread, after editor-in-chief Michele Zipp said she would ‘like to extend the opportunity to the guys of Enron to be a feature in our publication.’

Last week Playboy said it would showcase a ‘Women of Enron’ edition to showcase current and former employees of the company.

She added at the time that a ‘Women of Andersen’ issue was not out of the question.
