In the survey, Access Accounting was given the maximum rating for customer support beating all of its rivals.
The survey, which provides a comparative appraisal of accounting software used by small and medium sized businesses, was conducted by a post graduateresearcher at the University of Greenwich in association with the institute’s IT faculty.
Access Accounting also scored very highly on software technical excellence, training and post purchase problem solving.
The survey results were compiled from questionnaires sent to over 5,000 small and medium sized UK businesses.
