Access Accounting tops customer support league in institute survey

Access Accounting has beaten off stiff competition in a customer support survey commissioned by the English ICA.

In the survey, Access Accounting was given the maximum rating for customer support beating all of its rivals.

The survey, which provides a comparative appraisal of accounting software used by small and medium sized businesses, was conducted by a post graduateresearcher at the University of Greenwich in association with the institute’s IT faculty.

Access Accounting also scored very highly on software technical excellence, training and post purchase problem solving.

The survey results were compiled from questionnaires sent to over 5,000 small and medium sized UK businesses.

Access Accounting customer services director John Beech, said, ‘We are terrifically proud to have our support staff recognised in this manner. They are a great team of hard working professional people.’
