Reality Telecom, which is headed up by Simon Slater-Thomas, said the appointment would increase the levels of corporate governance as well as bringing substantial experience to the company.
The company claims to offer small and medium sized businesses, call-handling products previously only affordable to bigger companies.
Thomas said: ‘The services are so simple and user friendly it begs the question: “Why have we – as businesses and consumers – had to put up with irritating and expensive telephone services for so long?”‘
