Sir Elton John has lost an appeal to re-open his multi-million pound legal battle against PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Justice Ferris rejected Elton John’s claim saying there were no real prospects for its success. However, the singer can renew his application by going to the Court of Appeal. The celebrity had sued PwC and Andrew Haydon, his former manager for negligence.
