Football giant Manchester United is expected to retain the top spot of the Deloitte & Touche Rich List for a fourth successive year, when it is released on Friday.
The list, in partnership with SportBusiness magazine, will identify the twenty highest earning football clubs in the world, and is expected to show the impact new television deals are having on European clubs’ revenues.
Last year, the list showed the Red Devil’s turnover at Pounds 110.9m, putting it above German champions Bayern Munich.
England’s Premier League dominated the 2000 list with eight clubs in the top 20, including FA Cup holders Liverpool and London-based Arsenal.
