Life assurer Britannic has appointed Graham Singleton as its new group finance director.

His appointment makes hime the group’s third finance chief in little more than a year.
Singleton, 40, is an associate of the Royal College of Science and Technology and a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries.
He has spent the last six years as chief financial officer at Winterthur UK Financial Services Group, and before that spent seven years as financial controller at Lloyds TSB.
