    Santa Claus is making a list and checking it twice – for his tax return.

    Tenon and Chartered Institute of Taxation tax expert Andrew Hubbard has
    imagined how Santa might be managing his tax compliance this year – for the
    family-owned business he runs giving out presents to children the world over.

    In an article for AccountancyAge.com, Hubbard outlines
    the processes Santa has to go through, and reveals that even if you are a cuddly
    kind-hearted figure like Father Christmas, there’s no escape from HM Revenue
    & Customs.
