officer at software giant Novell along with chairman Jack Messman
Novell’s vice president of finance and corporate controller, Dana C. Russell
will replace Tibbetts while president and chief operating officer Ronald W.
Hovsepian has become new CEO.
Hovsepian said the board overhaul was a ‘decision based purely on who is best
suited to leave the company at this point’.
