Finance director Bruce Page has resigned from AIM-listed HR consulting
business Longbridge, along with non-executive director Keith Lassman.
In a statement to the stock exchange, Longbridge also announced that its
nominated adviser, Noble & Co, had resigned. As a result of Noble’s
resignation, Longbridge’s shares have been suspended until a new adviser is
appointed.
Page has over 25 years of senior management experience. After qualifying as a
chartered accountant in Scotland, he worked overseas for KPMG.
He then joined Coopers & Lybrand, working in HR.
‘A further statement regarding the appointment of new directors to the board
and new nominated advisers will follow within 28 days,’ Longbridge told the
stock exchange.
