    Nick Payne FCCA FCMA has been appointed director of finance at the Cambridgeshire Constabulary, based at its Huntingdon headquarters. He joins it after nearly four years from the Ministry of Defence, where he was the financial controller for Equipment Support (Air) and previously the chief accountant for RAF Logistics Command. Before this, Payne worked in utilities, spending 10 years with London Electricity and two years at South Eastern Electricity.
