Rio Tinto FD takes up NED role at confectionery giant which includes a seat on Cadbury's audit committee
Cadbury Schweppes has
announced
that Guy Elliott has been drafted in as a non-executive director.
The Rio Tinto FD joins the board as of today and will also be a member of the
group’s audit committee.
Commenting on the appointment Cadbury chairman, Sir John Sunderland said:
‘Guy brings extensive financial, strategic and commercial experience gained in
one of the
world’s leading multinational businesses, and I am delighted to welcome him to
Cadbury Schweppes’ board.’
