Auditor HW Chartered Accountants named in disciplinary body's announcement, alongside 'a member of the ICAEW'
The Accountancy and Actuarial Discipline Board has launched a probe into
Worthington Nicholls, the air conditioning installer.
The accountants’ disciplinary body will look into the conduct of the auditors
of the company, HW Chartered Accountants, and a member of the ICAEW,
it said today.
It is looking at the accounts for the company for the year to the end of
September 2006, the AIM flotation documents and the interim numbers to March
2007.
HWCA declined to comment.
