Friday deadline to rescue sinking yacht group

Peters Opal placed in administration last week

Peters Opal, one of Europe’s largest
yacht brokers has under a week to attract a buyer, according to
KPMG.

The firm was appointed administrator at Peters Opal last week and has set a
deadline of Friday to find a buyer.

The company, based in Chichester, operates from six marinas in the UK and
four in Spain.

It holds licences to distribute Azimut, Bavaria, Legend, Rodman and
Island Packet yachts.
