Martha Stewart's daughter sues accountant

The daughter of US home decorating guru sues over tax affairs

Alexis Stewart has sued her accountant over alleged errors made in her 2002
tax return.

The daughter of US business magnate Martha Stewart claims Michael Mirras
prepared her tax return when she sold her stock in her mother’s business, Martha
Stewart Living Omnimedia, according to
webcpa.com

Stewart claims Mirras miscalculated her tax debts, and is suing him to
recover $334,000 (£224,000).
