Greene King’s finance director Michael Shallow is to leave the brewer, it announced today.
Shallow, who has been FD since 1991, is leaving to seek ‘new challenges,’ the company said.
Though the statement did not entail a formal resignation, Greene King will be seeking a replacement. Shallow has agreed not to resign before December, allowing him to see through the final results process for 2005.
