Will Coker is the new CFO of recruitment agency Berkeley Scott, following a boardroom shakeup that saw previous incumbent David Oakley resign.
Coker qualified with Price Waterhouse before joining BOC as audit manager in 1993. A stint in Australia with BOC led to his appointment as financial controller at Thomas Cook/Travelex Australia in 1999. He was then recruited as FD for Philips Medical Systems Australasia.
Berkeley Scott has also appointed Rod Leefe as a non-executive, following Rupert Bayfield’s resignation. Leefe, aged 43, is chairman of recruitment consultancy Witan Jardine.
Roddy Watt, Berkeley Scott chief executive, said: ‘I am delighted that Will and Rod have agreed to join us. They are both significant additions and will bring valuable expertise to the board, having established strong reputations in their respective fields of finance and recruitment.’
