Barclays is the most popular bank among small and medium-sized businesses, according to research by the UK 200 group of accountancy firms.
Barclays is the most popular bank among small and medium-sized businesses, according to research by the UK 200 group of accountancy firms.
The UK 200 Group national economic survey shows that 29% of the businesses surveyed bank with Barclays. Natwest takes second place, but is more than five points behind at 23%.
Barclays also tops the survey’s league for best service, followed by NatWest and Bank of Scotland.
The UK 200 Group consists of more than 175 chartered accountancy practices, and the survey took place using clients of member firms.
