As Prime Minister, Arsenal star Adebayor would sort out the UK's tax regime

One of football’s top earners has moaned about the amount of tax paid in the
UK.

Arsenal star Emmanuel Adebayor – who recently saw his wages rocket to £80,000
in a new deal – was unhappy with the government’s tax regime.

Asked what he would do as Prime Minister, Adebayor said he would ‘try and
keep down the tax’, reported
the
Sun
.

He added: ‘In London I would like to change the congestion charge.’
