US company files $100m lawsuit against KPMG

Los Angeles-based semi-conductor company alleges improper audits by Big Four firm

A Los Angeles-based semi-conductor company has filed a lawsuit against its
auditors KPMG.

The company, Vitesse Semiconductor
Corporation
, announced that it is seeking $100m in its lawsuit.

Vitesse alleges that KPMG failed to properly provide auditing and other
services to it during 1994 to 2000, Business Wire reported.
