Carpetright FD drops role heading up the finance function at FTSE 250 company for divisional job at Carphone Warehouse
Carpetright’s FD Ian Kenyon has resigned from his post.
The FTSE 250 company said that Kenyon will leave later this month to become
CFO of the retail and distribution arm of The Carphone Warehouse.
Carpetright made the announcement yesterday as it disclosed a 4% fall in
like-for-like sales in an
interim
management statement.
Carpetright said: ‘Ian will leave on 29 February 2008. An interim FD has been
appointed and the process to find a permanent successor is already underway.’
